🚨 FraudTalon updates: now with explainable analysis

FraudTalon is evolving. The new update brings important features and sets the stage for the official launch, with a focus on education, accuracy, and protection against digital scams.

🧠 Explainable analysis: understand why it’s fraud

Now, regardless of the type of data analyzed — text, image, or email — the system presents a clear explanation of the reasons that led to the classification as possible fraud. This makes the experience far more educational, revealing the patterns used by scammers.

🖼️ Support for images and .eml files already available

Support for uploading images and .eml files (complete emails) had already been present since the last version. The system is able to extract the content of those files for analysis, whether it’s a screenshot of a WhatsApp scam or a phishing email. What’s new is that it now also explains the reason for the suspicion, even in those cases.

🔗 Coming soon: URL and QR Code analysis

Two features already in development:

• URL validator: check whether a link points to a trustworthy site or one involved in fraud.
• QR Code analyzer: decodes the QR and identifies risks, such as disguised phishing or suspicious redirects.

🎯 Ever-increasing accuracy

The system already detects 99% of simulated cases. Even so, the focus now is refining the heuristic engines and the AI models even further, reducing false positives and improving assertiveness in ambiguous scenarios.

🚀 Launch and early access

We’re still in the development phase, but we’ve already prepared a landing page for those interested. Anyone who wants to be notified with priority and get early access to the beta version will be able to register their email soon.
